) Will continuous birth control therapy interest acne patients?
ORAL birth control pills have been used to treat acne for many years as they are a safe and effective treatment alternative for some acne patients. Diane 35 has been around for decades and now we have Yasmin. Chappell also cites a sore-throat cure from Kate Fox's personal book of household hints and medical "receipts" from the 1870s: "Take the white of two eggs and beat them, add two teaspoons of white sugar, grate in a little nutmeg and then add one pint (600ml) of lukewarm water.
